Delivery Time

Delivery time for most addresses is 2-10 business days from the time the order is shipped, depending on the zone. An increase in seasonal demand, large orders, custom products, special orders, and backordered items can affect the standard shipping time.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost will vary based on the weight and size of your order and your selected shipping method. We offer free shipping on most major orders within Salt Lake City and the surrounding areas.

International Destinations

Standard Restaurant Supply does not currently offer delivery outside of the United States.

Lift Gate

We do not offer lift gate service with outbound freight orders. It is the customer’s obligation to offload equipment from the truck and set it up.

Backordered Items

If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further directions and an estimated delivery date. Our systems regulate back orders and keep them to a minimum.

Damaged/Lost/Missing Items

Please examine your shipment before you sign for it!

Breakdown, open, and inspect your delivery, while the motorist waits. If any product is clearly damaged, or if you have any doubt about possible damage, you MUST do the following:

  • Note it clearly on the expense of lading before finalizing.
  • Keep your copy of the bill of lading.
  • Contact us within 1 business day.
  • Keep the harmed packing products for examination.
  • Take photos of the damage.

Returns

Returns for Damaged Products

If any item is found to be damaged or defective, all return shipping charges will be covered by Standard Restaurant Supply and your money will be refunded. Arrangements for any return must be made prior to returning the item(s).

Returns for Non-defective Products

Product that is returned for any reason other than damage or incorrect item will undergo a 15% restocking fee. The item must be received in initial condition within one month of original shipping date or it will not be accepted for return. Arrangements for any return must be made prior to returning the item(s).

Restocking Fees

Non-defective product returned to Standard Restaurant Supply for any reason besides a mis-ship of the product will undergo a 15% restocking cost.

Returns for Consumable Products

Standard Restaurant Supply is unable to accept returns on consumable products.

Standard Restaurant Supply is not a warranty repair workstation. As such, Standard Restaurant Supply makes no express or implied warranty with respect to any product, including but not limited to the implied guarantees of merchantability and physical fitness for a particular function. The only service warranties provided are provided by the producer and areas consisted of in each manufacturer’s plan. All requests for guarantee info, repairs, and claims must be made directly with the producer. Any repair work should be shipped directly to the manufacturer to avoid any delays.
